Meet The Team

Meet Your Niceville, Florida Office Team

Michelle

Office Manager

As the Office Manager for Niceville Smiles my job is to oversee the office operations and I am committed to making our patients and their families experience in our office a positive one!

I joined the dental field in 2011 and I have over 18 years of management experience and over 25 years of customer service. My goal is to incorporate the wealth of knowledge and customer service that I have acquired to equip our team to best serve our patients and their families. We seek to be a part of your families lives for generations to come.

I've been married for over 20 years to my amazing husband (retired USAF navigator) and have three beautiful children (two boys and one girl). I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Kacey

Certified Registered Hygienist

Hello my name is Kacey! I am a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist and I have had the pleasure of working at Niceville Smiles since 2019. I graduated from Pensacola State College in the Spring of 2019 and since then I am happy to have found a workplace home here in Niceville.

I am a Northwest Florida native, having grown up in Shalimar, Florida my whole life. I purchased my first home with my fiancé in Shalimar, and we look forward to setting roots here forever.

I love having patients who leave with a smile and remind me of what makes my job worth while as much as my home sweet home here in the panhandle. I look forward to meeting and seeing all of you who walk into our office!

Amy

Certified Dental Hygienist

Aimee is proud to claim she is a true local of Okaloosa county. She has lived here for 48 years!  She enjoys boating, fishing, gardening, and socials with her family and friends. Her most recent new hobby is being a Grandmother! She now has a granddaughter and grandson, who live in Crestview.

Aimee was inspired by her own family dentist to enter the dental profession.  "I knew at age 13 I wanted to be a dental professional. I loved going to my cleaning appointments and always asked my dentist questions about dental health. He recognized that I found dentistry fascinating, and encouraged my questions. That fueled my desire to become a dental hygienist!"

She began her dental career in 1989 as an oral surgery technician at Eglin AFB, as a Red Cross Volunteer. She continued her education and graduated at the top of her class, in 1992, from the Pensacola State Dental Hygiene

Program. For the past 30 years she has worked in Pediatrics, Periodontics, and Family Practice. She came to our office almost 10 years ago, after moving back to the area. She worked as a PRN Hygienist, when her six (yes six!) children were small, for many years. She started working full-time with us, last year when her youngest son started high school.

Aimee likes to explain her passion to help others is what drives her to continue her long career in dentistry. "I know God gave me many talents, and they all blend perfectly with this field. I am blessed every time I get to be a part of the team that encourages patients, listens to their concerns, and teaches them how to reach their goal of having a healthy beautiful smile!"

Annie

Certified Dental Hygienist

After graduating Pensacola Hygiene School Annie moved to Valparaiso with her family and built their forever home on Tom’s Bayou. Family is everything to her and enjoys every second with them.

She married a Niceville Native, has a 1 year old daughter and a 6 year old Yorkie named Diesel.
She loves spending time on the water fishing and surfing. Other activities include snowboarding, hiking and camping.

She plans to stay in Niceville forever so she’s very happy she found an office she can call family.
