Meet The Team

Meet Your Niceville, Florida Office Team

Office Manager

As the Office Manager for Niceville Smiles my job is to oversee the office operations and I am committed to making our patients and their families experience in our office a positive one!

I joined the dental field in 2011 and I have over 18 years of management experience and over 25 years of customer service. My goal is to incorporate the wealth of knowledge and customer service that I have acquired to equip our team to best serve our patients and their families. We seek to be a part of your families lives for generations to come.

I've been married for over 20 years to my amazing husband (retired USAF navigator) and have three beautiful children (two boys and one girl). I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.

Patient Services Supervisor

Jessica is an outgoing, charismatic, dog-loving person who enjoys swimming poolside or kayaking in the early mornings. A military-brat at heart, she was born in Texas and was quickly uprooted to the coldest state in the US – Alaska! After 8 cold years she moved with her family to the Sunshine state. Talk about a drastic difference!

After a stint at the University of South Florida, Jessica attended North West Florida State College where she graduated with an associate degree. After graduating, Jessica decided her true passion was in the dental industry and attended NWF state college Dental Assisting Program.

After 22 years Jessica considers herself a true Nicevillian. Jessica is simply a caring and compassionate individual which is why she is perfectly suited to assist you all.

Certified Registered Hygienist

Hello my name is Kacey! I am a Certified Registered Dental Hygienist and I have had the pleasure of working at Niceville Smiles since 2019. I graduated from Pensacola State College in the Spring of 2019 and since then I am happy to have found a workplace home here in Niceville.

I am a Northwest Florida native, having grown up in Shalimar, Florida my whole life. I purchased my first home with my fiancé in Shalimar, and we look forward to setting roots here forever.

I love having patients who leave with a smile and remind me of what makes my job worth while as much as my home sweet home here in the panhandle. I look forward to meeting and seeing all of you who walk into our office!

I’m beyond happy to be apart of the team at Niceville Smiles, and look forward to assisting the community!

Dental Assistant

Hi! My name is Brooke and I am currently attending UWF Dental assisting program. I’m originally from Ohio, but made my way to Northwest Florida in 2015. I graduated from Locklin Technical college with my CMAA (certified medical administrative assistant) and shortly after I became a Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT).

In my free time I like to read and crochet. I also enjoy traveling and exploring the outdoors. You can often find me laying out at the beach with a good book.

I have a passion for helping others and I love helping patients achieve the smile of their dreams. I look forward to meeting and assisting you!
